Every finish certified. No marshals needed.

Drop GeoZone checkpoints along your course and any ride through them is GPS-verified proof it was ridden - for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.

Built for charity rides, sportives, and club events

Run your event as a Ramble - a rewarded way to ride - and tracking and verification take care of themselves.

Simplify Participant Tracking

Ideal for charity rides, sportives, and any organized cycling event that wants to reduce manual tracking and enhance participant experience.

  • Automatic ride verification through GeoZones - set them along the route to certify complete rides
  • Riders join your event group, confirm the Ramble, and every ride counts from there
  • Real-time completion tracking + notifications
  • Confirmation emails with reward details
  • Individual and group participation metrics

Run Virtual and Hybrid Events

Perfect for organizations looking to grow their event reach, accommodate diverse schedules, or add virtual components to traditional events. Your course becomes a "Visit multiple locations on a ride" Ramble: dot patent-pending GeoZone checkpoints along the route, and riding through them is the finish line. A ride that passes through every checkpoint is a certified complete ride - GPS-verified proof the course was really ridden.

  • Certify and reward complete rides - only riders who hit every checkpoint finish the course
  • Or require just a few checkpoints (say 3 of 5) for a more relaxed format
  • Every visit is GPS-verified automatically, no marshals or manual check-ins
  • Support riders participating remotely
  • Extend event timeframes for greater flexibility
  • Compare in-person and virtual metrics

Enhance Sponsorship Value

Create compelling sponsorship packages backed by real data to increase funding for your cycling events.

  • View participant ride + engagement metrics
  • Brand visibility at GeoZone checkpoints
  • Attach a sponsor's reward to your course or leaderboard
  • Environmental impact data for reporting

Add a Podium or a Charity Pot

Events run on excitement. Alongside your course, crown the riders at the top of the table, or raise money for a cause. Both are Rambles too, so everyone in your event group is in automatically.

Leaderboard

Rank riders by distance, CO2 saved, points, or rides, and reward whoever finishes on top. Set podium prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, and the placing emails go out automatically when the standings close.

Pedal for Good

Every qualifying ride adds to a charity pot, up to a cap you set - a natural fit for charity rides. You donate the pot at the end, and every rider helped raise it.

Promotion Materials, Ready to Go

Every live Ramble has a public page made for sharing, and the print materials are already in the product, so promoting your event takes minutes, not a design brief.

Public share page

One link for your event site and socials. Visitors see what the Ramble is about and are invited to join your group to take part.

Ramble Poster

A print-ready PDF for registration desks and race packs, picking up the Ramble's name, dates, and reward, plus your branding, automatically.

Group Kit + prefilled comms

A one-page join sheet with a QR code that gets riders into your event group, plus ready-to-send launch and reminder emails.

At this size your first real bill would be about $40, arriving one month after the trial ends, covering the month just used, never the month ahead. An active rider is a member who used Riding Places in the last 60 days. Riders always ride free. Your group pays only for its own account.
