Every group starts with a 60-day free trial. Graduated per-rider pricing, one monthly bill. Drag to your group's size; each band prices only the riders in it.
Every Group gets every feature. Only the rate per rider changes.
That pays for rides checked by GPS, award emails sent automatically, your Group dashboard and a CO2 report.

Nothing is charged when your trial ends: you receive a $0 invoice. At this size your first real bill would be about $40, arriving one month after the trial ends, covering the month just used, never the month ahead. Cancel online any time before then at no charge: same place you signed up, no phone call.
An active rider is a member who used Riding Places in the last 60 days. Riders always ride free. Your group pays only for its own account. Payments are handled securely by Stripe, so we never see or store your card number.

Questions employers ask
How does this get people riding, not just signed up?
Your riders earn rewards for real rides, and you choose them: a prize for regular commuters, a treat for riding to a place, or a share of a group goal. Visits are checked by GPS, so nobody has to check in or fill in paperwork. Your Launch Kit gives you posters, invite links and announcement messages to use straight away.
What if only a few people ride?
You only pay for active riders: members who used Riding Places in the last 60 days. If ten people ride, you pay for ten. Riders always ride free.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Your trial lasts 60 days and nothing is charged when it ends. Your first real bill arrives one month later and covers the month just used, never the month ahead. Cancel online any time before then at no charge.
What can I show leadership at budget time?
Your Group dashboard shows how many people ride, how often and how far, plus the CO2 avoided, worked out with EPA and UK government emission factors. Those are the numbers to bring to a budget review.
We already have a wellness program. Does this replace it?
No, it works alongside it. Your wellness program encourages people to be active. Riding Places rewards the rides they take, including the ride to work.
