Group Dashboard

Monitoring activity, managing members, and tracking engagement.

About the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your central hub for monitoring group activity and member engagement.

Group Stats

At the top of the dashboard, the Group Stats bar shows key metrics at a glance:

  • Members - Total riders who have joined your group
  • Points - Combined points earned by all members
  • Distance - Total kilometers ridden by members
  • Rides - Number of rides completed
  • Commutes - Rides marked as commutes
  • CO₂ Saved - Estimated carbon emissions avoided through cycling commutes
  • GeoZones - Number of GeoZone joins and completions (shown as Joined / Completed)

Share Your Group

Below the stats, click the Share Your Group bar to expand your sharing tools for inviting riders to join your group:

  • Group Link - A unique URL that riders can use to view and join your group. Share it via email newsletters, social media posts, your website, or printed materials.
  • Copy Link - Click to copy the link to your clipboard for easy sharing
  • QR Code - Generate a QR code that links directly to your group. Perfect for posters in your shop or office, event signage, business cards, or product packaging.
  • Access Code - If your group is private, your access code is shown here with a Copy Code button. Riders need this code to join.
  • Group Kit - Click Download Group Kit (PDF) for a print-ready kit that explains how to get the app and join your group, including your QR code (and access code for private groups). Alongside it you'll find a prefilled launch announcement email and a short blurb for WhatsApp or social media, each with a copy button. The kit automatically uses the wordmark and brand color you set in your Group Profile.

Group Leaderboard

See how your group ranks against other groups of similar size. Groups are categorized into tiers (Small, Medium, Large, X-Large) based on member count, so you're always competing fairly. The leaderboard shows:

  • Your group's ranking (e.g., "#2 of 22 in SMALL Groups")
  • Other groups in your tier with their point totals
  • Pagination to browse through all groups in your tier

Activity Graph

An interactive bar chart visualizes your group's activity over time. Toggle between different metrics using the checkboxes below the graph:

  • Members - Member growth over time
  • Distance - Kilometers ridden
  • Rides - Number of rides
  • Commutes - Commute rides
  • CO2 Saved - Carbon emissions saved, shown in kg
  • GeoZones - GeoZone completions

Member Table

The member table shows detailed stats for each rider in your group:

  • Name - Rider's display name
  • Points - Total points earned while in your group
  • Dist - Distance ridden in kilometers
  • Rides - Number of rides completed
  • Comm - Number of commute rides
  • CO₂ - Carbon emissions saved
  • GeoZone - GeoZones joined and completed (shown as Joined / Completed)
  • Actions - Remove member from group

Click any column header to sort by that field. Use the Search members box to find specific riders by name. For large groups, use pagination to navigate through the list.

Date Range Filter

Use the date range button in the top-right above the member table to filter the dashboard by time period. It shows the current selection (All time by default). Click it to choose a preset (All time, This year, Last 30 days, Last 7 days) or pick your own start and end dates on the calendar. The selected range applies across the dashboard: group stats, the leaderboard, the activity graph, the member table, and exports.

Member Table Menu

Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the search box to access additional options:

  • Export - Export your member data
  • Manage Removed Users - View and reinstate members who have been removed

Removing Members

If needed, you can remove a member from your group:

  1. Find the member in the table (use search if needed)
  2. Click the remove icon in the Actions column
  3. Confirm the removal

Removed members cannot rejoin on their own - only you as the group admin can reinstate them (see Managing Removed Users below). Their historical ride data is preserved but no longer counts toward your group stats.

Managing Removed Users

To view or reinstate removed members:

  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the search box
  2. Select Manage Removed Users

The Manage Removed Users dialog shows:

  • Name - The removed member's name or email
  • Removed Date - When they were removed from the group
  • Reinstate - Click to restore the member to your group

Reinstating a member adds them back to your group immediately. Their previous ride history with your group is restored.

Redemptions

If any of your Rambles offer rewards with shipping or collection, you can manage prize fulfillment from the Rambles list: click the Actions button on the Ramble and select Redemptions. For full details, see the Reward Redemptions guide.
