Your group profile is what riders see when they discover your group. A complete profile builds trust and helps riders understand what your group offers. The Profile page has collapsible sections that you can expand to edit.

Recommendation for Employers
If you're an employer running commute Rambles (with Commute/Work GeoZones at your office locations), use a Private group. This ensures only your employees can take part and prevents the general public from joining your corporate wellness program or earning the rewards on your Rambles.
If you choose Private, you'll need to create an access code:

You can change your access code at any time. Existing members are not affected - they remain in the group. Only new joiners will need the updated code.
Access Code Tips
Access codes are case-sensitive. Choose something memorable for your audience but not easily guessed by outsiders. Avoid sharing codes on public social media if you want to maintain exclusivity.

If you're a business (bike shop, cafe, etc.), add your opening hours for each day of the week. This helps riders know when they can visit. Leave blank for days you're closed.
